Vrhaman Mobitech Pvt Ltd ("Vrhaman", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in both our apps (the Vrhaman Customer App and the Vrhaman Vendor App) and on vrhaman.com.

• Payment details (processed securely via third-party gateways)

b. Business Information (Vendors only)

• Vehicle details (registration, insurance, etc.)
• Rental pricing and availability
• Business-related documents for KYC

c. Location Data

• GPS-based real-time location (for vehicle delivery/pickup and vendor services)

d. Usage Data

• App interactions
• Device and OS information
• Crash logs and diagnostic data

2. How We Use the Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Match customers with available rental vehicles
• Verify identity and prevent fraud
• Facilitate payments and bookings
• Deliver vehicles to/from customer locations
• Communicate important updates, promotions, and support notifications
• Improve app performance and services

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share it with:

• Rental vendors (for fulfilling bookings and pickups)
• Payment processors (for secure transactions)
• Technical service providers (for analytics, cloud services, notifications)
• Legal/government authorities when required by law

• Razorpay: processes payments and refunds
• Google Firebase: Google sign-in and app push notifications
• OTPless: sends the one-time sign-in and verification codes to your email
• Amazon Web Services: hosts our servers and stores uploaded photos and documents
• MongoDB Atlas: hosts our database
• Google Maps Platform: location search and maps in the apps
• Discord: our team receives booking alerts in a private Discord channel, which can include the customer's name and contact details
• Web3Forms: delivers the vendor contact form on vrhaman.com to our inbox

4. Security of Your Data

We employ encryption, secure servers, and access control to protect your data. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights and Controls

You can:

• Update your profile and contact details
• Request to view your account information
• Delete your account and personal data yourself on our account deletion page
• Opt out of promotional communications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as it's needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.

When you delete your account, we delete your name, contact details, profile photo and saved addresses (and, for customers, uploaded ID documents), and sign you out on every device. We keep records of past bookings and payments without your name or contact details, so our accounts stay correct. For vendors, the business details linked to those records are kept. 7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Policy Updates

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Major changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
