Delete your Vrhaman account

Use this page to permanently delete your Vrhaman customer or vendor account. It works for accounts on the Vrhaman app, the Vrhaman vendor app and app.vrhaman.com.

What deleting your account means

What we delete

  • Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
  • Your saved addresses, wishlist and notifications
  • For customers: the ID documents you uploaded (Aadhaar, driving licence)
  • Your app sign-ins: you're signed out on every device
  • For vendors: your business profile is closed and your vehicles are removed from Vrhaman

What we keep

  • Records of past bookings and payments, without your name or contact details, so our accounts stay correct
  • For vendors: your business details (such as business name, address, PAN and GST number), which are linked to those past bookings and payments

We keep these only as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes. See our privacy policy.

Before you start: finish or cancel any active booking (pending, accepted, confirmed or ongoing). An account with an active booking can't be deleted.
